I produce engaging digital content to connect with younger audiences. My role involved creating creative campaigns, filming and editing short-form videos, and managing social platforms to boost engagement and showcase the conference’s innovative, creative community.

As a reporter and presenter, I produce news packages weekly for student-run broadcast news. In addition, my role includes presenting the programmes.
On days when I wasn't presenting or a reporter, I took on the role of a producer. This enabled me to take leadership and produce great bulletins and programmes.

Hits Radio
My role involved sourcing and creating stories that come to life. I conducted interviews and went out to do vox pops, wrote scripts, and edited all the pieces together.
I also wrote bulletins for each hour and had to change the script slightly for the drive-time radio.

My role involved taking calls from stringers during the 2024 UK General Election and putting all the results straight to air through the database.

The course allows me to develop both creative and technical skills in filmmaking, from research and storytelling to camera work, editing, and production management.
I’m gaining hands-on experience in producing compelling documentaries while exploring the ethical and practical aspects of journalistic storytelling. This program is helping me refine my voice as a filmmaker.
